Because it was decided that covert inside operation self inflicted wound pretext for wars let it happen and made it happen 911WTC attacks will go on. We see that from a controlled demolition manner and high tech explosives used to collapse 3 WTC buildings.

The 911 questions: Who planned it? What was the real plan? Who knew what was the real plan? Who knew parts of plan, and at what time? Who executed the plan?

Was what happened the real plan? Or did it go bad at some time point?
